Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive; however, we reserve the right to hold an order if an item is out of stock and expected back in stock in 5-30 days. In the case of out of stock items, we will notify customers via e-mails. Orders may delay during some particular periods such as shows and peak/holiday seasons. Your patience is appreciated.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERSWe will ship anywhere in the world. For international wholesale orders, the shipping cost may vary. We will send customer an invoice with the total price and calculated S&H cost .

Free Shipping for orders over $50 is not eligible for wholesale orders. How to make wholesale order:

Please allow us up to 2 weeks to receive and process your order. Some items you order may require more time for artisan to handcraft. We will notify you via e-mail if items you ordered will be delay for artisans to handcraft.
Minimum purchase of $300 is required for wholesale order. We accept COD only.
2. Shipping for wholesale orders:
We ship out your wholesale orders from our oversea production site. Shipping and handling cost may vary according to the location of the customers. Customers are responsible for import tax and custom duty. We will calculate the exact amount from shipping rate of selected carrier service. For shipping rates info., please contact us.
3. Payment Method: We accept check, e-check, money order, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discovery) and PayPal.
4. We ship out wholesale orders as soon as your payment is complete. We will notify wholesale customers via e-mail , phone, fax or mail as soon as we ship your orders.
5. $25 will be charged as penalty for invalid or bad check.
6. To return your items, you must notify us within 10 days for authorization before returning the items Returned items must be in resaleable condition.
7. Prices are subject to change without notice and items may be discontinued at any time.

In the event you receive items that were what you did not expect, needed, or items are damaged we will except returns under the following conditions:
1. All returns must be within 14 days of date the order was placed.
2. All Items must be in resaleable condition, including the original packaging.
3. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.
4. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.
5. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.
6. Refund will be returned without transaction fee in case of purchasing with credit cards and PayPal account.
7.Closeout or clearance merchandises will not be eligible for a refund. Credits for your next purchase will be applied.
8. Exchanges are not accepted. Replacements will only be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
9. A 15% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum) is required for all general returns.
10. To receive a refund on the matching set items, you must return the entire package of the whole set.
